Skipper & I have made final preparations for our firearm season and we have seen some good sign. Lot's more activity in the woods and some big bucks & does have settled into our hunting area. We put up a couple ground blinds since Skipper broke his wrist but Mr. Stubborn has already climbed into a couple of our tree stands and even changed the cushions. I think he will be handling a rifle just fine-we'll see. Hope to post some awesome pics before Thanksgiving-wish us luck!

crappierat and I have completed the 2014 deer season and we really saw some great looking signs, big rubs & scrapes but of course you cannot eat rubs & scrapes. I was Blessed on opening day of slug season with a 4-point buck and blessed again during muzzleloader season with a nice doe. I really wanted crappierat to harvest a deer, I know he worked so very hard preparing for this season but no matter how hard I tried or what I suggested, Mr. Stubborn had to do it his way and as a result ..... well theirs always next year
