They have dumped raw sewage into White river at Spencer for several years and falsified reports they sent to IDEM.
Very disgusting photo's and nasty ! E-coli levels in that part of the river are sky high !
What's a person suppose to think when a city or town like Spencer lies about water quality ?
Wonder how that will affect the people who have eaten fish from that part of the river ?
That's one of the best places in the state to fish for big flatheads, but I'm not so sure I'll fish there again for a few years !!
This is nasty bad and I hope IDEM fines them more than they did from the last fish kill ! This affects people from Spencer all the way down to the Ohio !

they have been doing that here on the tippy and wabash for years, float down the tippy sometime and you can still see pipes coming from out of the ground pouring sludge and waste into the rivers, seen a report just the other day where the city of Lafayette is trying to get approval from the IDEM and state to permit them to dump more waste water into the wabash than what they are doing now. When I was a younger man, I remember reeling in UN-desaulved toilet paper from the Wabash river just below the waste water treatment plant.
I remember my older brothers joking about how much better the fishing was because all the cr*p food the fish were eating.
I would think the EPA would be able to do something to prevent this from happening
