sat we went to a farm in indiana and ran 2 bunnys for over 5 hours. left the guns at home just wanted to get some runs under the hounds. was real windy and dry but they ran great. they ended up running the second rabbit off the land we were on so we pulled them. went to public land in ohio sunday and ran 5. it was so thick was had to get shots off. bruce shot 2 and i shot 1 and missed the dogs ran 8 hours almost non stop and did not argue to get in there boxes. shot my bunny with my 410 lever action. bruces 2 bunnys the 5 pack. hounds coming to the rabbit i shot. 2 hour run

That is awesome and your hounds are so lean and trim ... My girls on the other hand are old & fat but they sure love to chase bunnies. just wish they would mind me better than they do, their just like kids.

when the cold set in we double up on there feed and they put a few pounds on witch we like during hunting season and winter. hounds can be a little hard headed.
