No more than one bird of either sex may be taken in the fall turkey season, regardless of method. A separate turkey license is needed for the spring and fall turkey season, regardless of success. For example, if a hunter is not successful for the spring turkey season, the purchase of a fall turkey license is still necessary to hunt turkeys in the fall.
