Brrrrr, it sure was cold this morning but I got to see a special sight!! Sandhill Cranes, hundreds of them flying South over the Vallie. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandhill_CraneTheir call could be heard from a very long distance off. I also saw another rare bird, a Pileated Woodpecker. animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/birds/pileated-woodpecker.htmlI did happen to see a young fawn bedded down just off of the yard down by the creek but she was much too small to harvest. I hope you're staying warm and I hope everyone has had a fantastic Thanksgiving. .... I hope it warms up a little so I can get back out.

Brrrrr, gonna be another cold one tonight. Guess we better get used to it. Those sandhill cranes are fun to watch ! Amazing how many of them there are, Had a good Thanksgiving, but getting tired of all the left-overs.

The season is over it would've been a good year but i missed the big next year swamp thing we will get you ;D
